Women usually had to give up their job when they got married and they were expected to commit their lives to their families. They had little power and inequality. Women got paid much less then man even when they worked the same jobs. Females worked up to 90 hours a week and got paid not much. They got limited weekends off with hardly enough money for good, water, rent and other resources which were needed for their family. By 1913 wages began to change, but they were still low.
