Of course, also in difficulties, the value of society is appreciated, of the group of human beings that politicians address. Sometimes it gives the impression that society is willing to listen to those who tell them about how bad things are, but that, individually, one by one, there is no willingness to make sacrifices, or to accept limitations or reductions in rights, nor to fulfill duties that inevitably derive from our integration into society, whose rules of coexistence we want to save. And so, sometimes it seems that the problem is not with politicians, but with society itself. It is not that politicians do not propose solutions to the crisis, but it is society itself, the individuals that make it up, which is not willing to assume the duties and sacrifices that the drastic measures proposed may entail.
