We completed universal screening for K-6 with mCLASS DIBELS, and rolled out school wide assessment systems for the first time! Did teachers love it? NO. But they do see the value in the data.

In kinder, a teacher was running a Heggrety video and the teacher sat on the rug with her class. She was modeling how to respond and do the hand motions. As time went on, she was able to have the student resond to her doing the lessons now.

We've stuck to our commitment of modeling (mostly Kagan) productive peer-to-peer structured student discourse in all staff meetings and have weekly walkthroughs where all teachers get feedback as to whether it was seen or how they could have incorporated it during walkthroughs (ideas).
