There are no definitions of the categories, too many categories to choose from, and the way you can't select the filter and then use the keyword to search within those results is less than ideal. From an end user perspective, most people won't know all of the different filter options in the filter field. Looking at it from a fresh set of eyes that don't use the site all of the time, it's a confusing layout and the filter function isn't helpful (I've received feedback from some newer Designers stating that as well). Once you know more about the way things are organized, the filters might be helpful, but there definitely needs to be a set of job aids developed and placed front and center on the site on how to use the site. The links at the top don't include all of the material related to the topic listed so they're not very helpful right now either.
