My clinical training at the Clinical Chemistry Laboratory in Al Qassimi Hospital has been an incredibly valuable experience. Throughout my rotation, I gained both theoretical understanding and practical skills that deepened my appreciation for the vital role clinical chemistry plays in patient care.

One of the most significant aspects of this training was the hands-on exposure to automated analyzers and various testing procedures. I became familiar with instruments such as the Cobas analyzers, and I learned how to process and analyze a wide range of biochemical parameters including liver function tests, renal profiles, cardiac markers, and electrolytes. This gave me insight into how accurate and timely results are crucial for diagnosing and monitoring diseases.
