Then, we added 200 micro liters of the bacteria into the 300 mL of MRS Broth and we shall proceed with adding inulin and the powder of inulin and oligofructose together tomorrow <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Errors: Emma said that there was supposed to be 200 microliters of Lactobacilli available for us, but when we extracted 200 microliters, there were still Lactobacilli left. Maybe there was a counting error. <br><br>We took the Lactobacilli out of the Dante freezer, and it took us a while to actually utilize the bacteria and put it in the MRS Broth. This might have changed some aspects of the bacteria, putting it in undesirable conditions. </div>]]></description>
