Helping my friend.

How I effectively change something is a bit general for me, but I do have one story. We can help our friends by being good listeners. They'd like to tell us about their problem. As a result, they will feel more at ease and less stressed about their problem.

In my experience, I have always enjoyed helping others because it makes me feel more at ease and humble. It gives the impression that everyone goes through something, and it indirectly shows us that whenever we face a situation, we are not the first to go through it, and we will most certainly not be the last.

My friends were once in a situation where she was fighting with their partner. Even to the point where they couldn't speak to each other. So, I advised them to communicate more frequently. In my opinion, there should always be communication and trust in a relationship. A relationship is more likely to be stable if these two characteristics are present. Even though my friend lacked communication with their partner, my advice encouraged them to speak more truthfully and express themselves rather than keeping it to themselves. That promotes a healthier relationship because they are more honest and open with one another.

For me, an act of being a good listener and advising our best friend like that may not cost any money, but the smiles on their faces and the kindness those who receive are priceless.

Are you more comfortable with verbal or written communication? How do you convey an important message to a community?

Written communication is accomplished by the use of language, and I have the option of writing or typing on a keyboard. I can't express how I feel when I'm in a situation where I need to speak with someone people in person. For example, whether I'm angry or depressed and need to convince someone to fix a problem, I'd rather type my words so I can think about what to say. If it's just verbal communication, I'll say whatever comes to mind without worrying about it.

However, in normal conversation, I am more comfortable with verbal communication. Specific communication has a greater influence, and community communication has a much greater impact. We use our spirit and passion when we talk. What we say will affect a person's heart in a way that written communication cannot.

As a result, critical cultural messages must be communicated verbally. If we utter words out of our lips, it can only hit everyone's ears. Visual correspondence is more transparent and revealed than written contact. As a result, we can only say the world anything significant if we are available to anyone.

This is because, by improving the facilities of the university can facilitate students in their learning. For example, the university provides study equipment for students such as laptops, printers, good Wifi facilities and others. It can also make students feel comfortable and easy to complete assignments or review lessons. In addition to learning facilities, we will provide ample facilities in sports, accommodation and playgrounds that can help students relieve their stress.

However, we will use the money to look after the welfare of students at the university. In our opinion, the welfare of students is very important especially in this pandemic situation. The affected parents' income caused some students to have to fast to eat. So, we will always be mindful of the situation of students in need. In addition, we will provide vehicle facilities for students to go somewhere such as a rental car at each inasis or a bicycle. Therefore, it will be easier and faster for students to get to the destination they want without having to wait fo the bus.

The movie highlighted to spread kindness towards others. In the early scenes of the movie, where the reporter responds to the stranger who gives him the key to his Jaguar. Its very interesting because a stranger gave something valuable to someone with no additional motive’s other than kindness. This shown that we do not have to even know each other when we want to show the act of kindness to someone which means that we must be kind to each other does not matter our positions, skin colour or religion. On the other hand, the act of kindness also portrayed in the movie where Trevor, the energetic and idealistic boy decides he will do a good deed for three people, something they cannot do for themselves, and then will ask each one of them to "pay it forward" by doing similarly difficult big favours for three others. Trevor begins by helping out a homeless man (James Caviezel), a heroin addict. He gives him lodging for a night, a chance to take a shower, and some money so the fellow can get it together and look for a job. It amazing for a kid like Trevor to have that kind of mindset. He wants to change by spreading kindness to others. It makes the viewers realise and think what have we done to change the world? Could we have done the same thing as Trevor does? In conclusion, we learn that helping each other and spreading kindness is a good and necessary thing nowadays to live in better and harmonies places.

All in the world is given an equal opportunity to be well. Making wellbeing a priority, in our view, allows us to change the spaces around us so that everyone in the world can live as good a life as possible. Our health is shaped by the places where we spend most of our time. Health improves when we have access to affordable healthy choices in the places where we live, work, learn and play. Furthermore, certain measures must be implemented in order to enhance community wellbeing. For example, public areas should be smoke-free zones, and violators should be severely punished. The quality of the air and water should be improved so that the public can live in a healthy atmosphere. Aside from that, I believe that quality education should be given from an early age in order for a society to live a healthier life. People in the communities will have enough wisdom to make their communities safe and better care for themselves as a result of this. Furthermore, a healthy environment is essential for the development of healthier societies. The environment should be clean, sustainable, and provide opportunities for wellness. First and foremost, children and women, in particular, need a sense of safety outside the home. People would be able to go to school, exercise outside, and build a healthy environment if they feel comfortable.
