Why did you decide to take this Teacher Training Course of studies?
I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no single reason for me to have joined this course of study. For once, I love english and till that moment it was just a hobby. Most importantly I had also recently dropped out from the university. So it was quite simple really, some of my friends, and even my teacher form the institute had recommended me this institute.
How old were you when you started learning English? In which context did you study?
Technically, I started learning english in primary school as part of the curriculum consequently I was about nine. But I actually began learning when i started attending a private institute. I started at 18 years old and continued for two years, then took the B2 test.
Describe what you remember as the typical English class (you can refer to primary school, secondary school or a private English institute.)
The typical class in the institute would be the teacher and me talking about various unrelated subjects while I orally checked my homework with her. The rest were all kids, so they were usually busy doing activities. I must say, I really enjoyed that learning experience.
How do you feel you learned better when you were a language student or in which situations? Can you recall an experience in which you felt you learned something valuable/easily? What did you learn? What did the teacher do? Why do you think such experience is memorable for you? Can you describe it?
Like I said before I really enjoyed learning in that English institute and I must say. Most of wh
at I know I learned there. This has nothing to do with english but I distinctly remember a class in primary school when we were taught how to make bread. I don't know why but seeing the dough grow was astounding to me at the time. It was also a pleasant experience because when I got home my mom baked it and shared it with my family.

It would be great for the 4th-year students of primary school.

Well like I said before the best story will always depend on the situation but I think "The mand and the tree" will work in any year of primary education. The reason for this is that the teaching sequence includes in all years the environment. This also appears in the national and provincial laws regarding education. Furthermore, the animals present in the story are native fauna and the story talks about an all too e real problem which is the soy plantation crops taking over the country and destroying the ecosystems.
