Examples of the main ones I've seen and finished watching at the time of writing are the 'Mandela Catalog' and 'Gemini Home Entertainment'. I liked the atmosphere, the mysteries and short stories they can present. We were given some words and used our imagination to 'see' what it was. Naturally many people had many ideas of what the purple elephant looked like. This then lead on to taking a look at artists who present a concept as art, rather than make some actual piece.

Once we were sent off to experiment, I decided to grab some scraps of paper from the floor and start drawing. 

The concept I presented was this: an audience would walk into the studios and would eventually look in the direction of the sink. There they would see a note with a couple of drawings stating that there is a dead man in the sinks basin. When they look in, they'd see another chunk of paper with drawings and text, all implying that a 'Mr Samson' was killed and has disappeared from the sink, while also having been replaced by some strange entity.

The ideas I could take from this is to expand the story I have begun. Who is Mr Samson? Who killed him? Who replaced him? I could turn this idea into an ARG. Everyone would put their idea forward and everyone would put in their own input and ideas. When it was my turn, I put forward my idea and inspirations, and fortunately at least 1 other person had heard of them. I took some photographs of the ideas presented. I seek to explore this week Government alerts and messages, and later on how I will present my work the future exhibition.

Then I edited it on the dy of writing this to give an impression that some disaster happened in the background, mostly through sound. I used British Air Raid Sirens to for the disaster, and the cry of the Pokémon Eternatus to act as the cause of the alarms. Said Pokémon causes similar problems in the game it comes from, so I figured it would be a good match and a last callback to my previous video work.

In the video, Wendigoon mentions an early video of his on the movie "The Thing". The titular monster never has it's true form shown, constantly changing forms. The movie doesn't reveal its hand - playing on the fear of the unknown. 

I have downloaded some images from certain websites in the same vein as thispersondoesnotexist.com, focused mainly on cats and dogs because I want the main villain of my project, BERTIE, to also switch between forms. The main take-away was to look at some more inspiration, such as taking a look at the storytelling of articles of the SCP Foundation, tuning into the Magnus Archives, looking at Junji Ito's work, and to finally start working on a storyline for the project since I was intending to make a single video initially. The music in the video is called 'Ava Maria' by Alessandro Moreschi. I heard it in two videos of the Mandela Catalog and liked how the creepiness of the song helped amp up the horrors shown.
