I greet them at the door most days to say hello and show them a friendly face.

I like to ask about their day. I make sure to greet them in the morning and ask about how their week is going. What they did over the weekend.

We do a weekly question/share that is not content related. It's about their likes, preferences, struggles, etc. This gives me an opportunity to hear about their life.
