Item #1: There is too much left over from last season.

Item #2: Asian market is in expansion

Item #3: Working with local association such as this of Ms Kety

Action items:
Item #1: We have decided to refurbish our last products to put them into the next collection and try to mixed up with the new one. And we will work with the association of Ms Kety.

Item #2: Ms Mathilde, Ms Suzie and Mr Clément will work together to find the best prices for the Asian market and also for the new trends in general for the brand.

Item #3: We will created a traceability code to put on our products to let know our clients from where they are coming. Clients will feel more confident in the brand and in the sustainable action of the company. Also Ms Mathilde and Mr Clément will work together to reduce the number of factories to centralized the production and so to reduce the budget.
