         <description><![CDATA[<p>Make a to do list, cross it off once or delete it. As hard as it is, try not to ruminate on what has or hasn't been done or if you could have done it better. List-making can be helpful for motivation or to pull yourself out of a depressive moment, but it also can be harmful if you use to-do list completion as a metric of your worth. Do things to help yourself! Not beat yourself up!</p>]]></description>
