desperately looking for a job. Every morning he searched for jobs he was qualified for and contacted a huge amount of people. But nobody replied to his calls. So one day he decided to remove (enlever) a letter from his name and to call himself "Joe" instead of "José". With a different name, people started to answer his calls and to give him job appointments, eventhough (même si) the qualifications and the job were exaxtly the same as before.

The conclusion of José was that people judge all the time and can be racist when it is about employment.

Private companies such as Space X were also mentionned, NASA was not the only employer. Also, astronaut was not the only job, you could become a space-suit designer, or an engineer, many jobs were mentionned in the video. Private companies like Virgin Galatics or Space X were said to be the future of Space conquest. 

First, he thinks that having acquaintances (relations) in an office and with your family is better than sending resumes (CV).

Then, he says that you should get closer to teachers and professionnals you work well with. It helps you to get noticed by employers.

Furthermore, he recommends to use social medias to find jobs. This way, it is easier to introduce yourself and to be creative.

Finally, his last advice is about the first contact with the employer. You need to look like a hard worker. But also, you have to be teachable, polite and conscientious.
