         <description><![CDATA[<div>Music, like technology is ever advancing.  As the envelope is pushed, new possibilities are discovered and these new goals are achieved, the frontier of imagination then moves forward and the envelope will be pushed once again.<br>This is true of each, but within the context of musical history it is almost impossible to ignore the intrinsic link between musical and technological progress.<br>Just as before the invention of the saxophone, no-one was able to write a saxophone piece, its inception allowed new musical avenues to be explored and subsequently those avenues gave rise to new styles and genres; more recent technological advancements have further allowed for and encouraged change in how we compose, record and consume our music.<br><br></div>]]></description>
