Leadership comes in all forms and all personalities.
The key personality that is contrived to most leaders is a strong amount of delegation. As a leader, it is most imperative to know who to assign the most critical tasks and jobs to in order to acquire the most efficiency toward a goal. Delegating work is such a valuable trait and tool to the leader because it frees him/her of all the hardest and busiest work and gives him the most important job; innovation. Delegation involves the people in which they get to do what they are best at and the job can reach its maximum potential for achievement.

Another key component of a wise leader is one who has humility. Humility is so intensely vital to a leader and his/her followers because then the team can respect the intentions of the leader and understand that he/she would get involved in the work themselves to get something done. The leader who hold humility in his/her back pocket will always have a staff devoted to working hard for him/her. Many of our greatest leaders in history had an unprecedented amount of humility because they recognized quickly how people are motivated and what makes them tick. Humility translates in a way to dissolution of the ego and the authoritative figure but that of a leader that wants his team to produce the best outcomes for a common goal. Humility is a tool for change in people.
