This is our first practice sessions. Since this our first practice we only did call and response, I also forgot my part so I have to do practicing. The call response has everybody being the leader and everybody has a different part to lead. Next practice I hope that my group will perfect our call and response and work on another parts of our full drum performance like our unison, polyrhythm, Improv…

This is our second practice. Even though I was not present during the practice I can see that my team has worked on the polyrythyms and the unison section of the music piece. I think that they could be a little bit in beat with each other in the polyrythm section they could do this by practicing more with each other and maybe in the beginning have a person to keep the beat . For the next practice I need to find a rythym to do the polyrythms and during the next practice we will need to work on the improv section of our music piece.

This is our third practice. We managed to have all of the parts. But we need to link it all together and link somehow instead of stopping and continuing with the next part of the music piece. We also need to coordinate better because a lot of the time we don’t know when we should change the part, we can do this by practicing more with each other and deciding one place to transition. But sometimes we can were together and the music sounded really cool. Our unison was good because for the unison we were together.  We will have to memorize our parts better too. Too be better we will have to sync better and be coordinate.
