I usually use the internet to watch animes and study. I use instagram, discord and crunchyroll to make use of what I like to do. I obviously declare myself a technology addict, as I spend more than 70% of my day using them.

I have never witnessed any kind of prejudice being carried out in front of me, but I can certainly say that I would feel extremely uncomfortable with such a situation. For my part, I consider the presence of such prejudices in our current society extremely inhumane, since we should have equivalent and fair rights and situations, but the reality tends to be disappointing and imperfect.

In the last class, we talked about a very important debate about the visible prejudice and xenophobia against people from other countries and cultures, more specifically about how many African countries are seen in a wrong way by Americans, happening in an extremely stereotyped and superficial way.

O filme "Dois Estranhos" traz consigo um tema de discussão muito recente e atual perante nosso contexto social. O racismo enraizado é infelizmente um dos marcos de nossa sociedade perante o século XXI. Algo que infecta nosso potencial de sociedade, trazendo um mix de sentimentos negativos para pessoas de culturas diferentes da considerada "padrão". No caso do filme indicado, vemos uma discussão interessante e importante sobre o racismo, que nos traz conscientização através de um dialogo bem atuado e que choca tanto por seu realismo quanto por sua maneira de expressar o que busca. No fim, "Dois Estranhos" é um ótimo filme de impacto que se paga por sua proposta e traz uma experiência que apesar de pra muitos ser forte, importante de ser assistida.
