<title>Active Listening and Online Therapy from 7 Cups by 7 Cups</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/7cups/about</link>
<description>An on-demand emotional health service and online therapy provider, 7 Cups connects users with trained, compassionate listeners who can offer the space they need to work through problems. Additionally, users can access more than 80 licensed professional therapists who work one-on-one with clients. Peer-reviewed publications such as the Journal of Mental Health and the Journal of Medical Internet Research have found that online mental health services such as 7 Cups can be as helpful as traditional psychotherapy.

7 Cups has provided active listening training to more than 450,000 volunteer listeners in 189 countries. After completing their initial training, listeners can earn additional credentials through Badges, Cheers, and Compassion Hearts. Listener levels indicate their experience levels, as listeners earn these designations by engaging in more chats and taking courses that explore life issues, psychological issues, and listening methods. 7 Cups also created the 7 Cups Academy, a tuition-free institution that trains members, listeners, and researchers to improve their skills.

In recognition of its contributions to mental health, 7 Cups received the World Economic Tech Pioneering Award.</description>
