I think grandfather want to surprise him for end of their meet in nursing home, to Arturo remember his grandfather better, and he should know very much better than he do earlier because its his grandfather. This scene surprise me because i never expected something like that in "An Hour with Abuelo". The Abuelo very surprised me with that, when he say "Arturo, look at your watch now. I believe your time is over". He gives me a wicked smile. I want see Arturo face when he heard this from Abuelo, I think i should not be shocked, how his face was looking at this moment. I think the grandfather is sad because his grandson didn't want to see him in nursing home, probably because in this home is stinky of older people and he don't like this odour in this building.
