Putting a nuclear power plant is not possible, as a result the energy from the car will need to be gained from hydrogen (bi-product of nuclear fission), electricity (produced from power plants), Synthetic fuels (combine CO2 and Hydrogen using electricity to form artificial power) can be made environmentally sufficient by using more CO2 then used (excess power)
