Experts say that deaths from encephalitis are expected to be high this year due to excessive rains and floods. Encephalitis has killed more than 4,000 kids and affected 25,000 since 2010. Symptoms of encephalitis include fever, vomiting, headaches, and cognitive issues including confusion, comas, and even seizures.
