It was a case brought up by a white guy named Allan Bakke who clearly had a higher educational success compared to many more minority applicants but was not accepted. He argued that he was reversely discriminated and the Supreme Court stand with him saying that this kind of reverse discrimination should not happen (so programs that stands with the minority race). </div>]]></description>
