There is a medicine chloroform to make go to sleep so you don't fill the pain. There are tools to cut throw bone because maybe they can not get the bullet out of your leg or arm. We use some of the tools they used in the past. In other pictures, I see some of what I would say, family members, carrying the dead corps.

I even see the medicine they used to induce clinical death in the patients so they can do the deed.
