I'm writing to you to give you some information about London if you want to visit it someday!

First of all, I would like to inform you that the weather in London is usually cloudy, rainy and sunny. English people usually eat fish and chips. If you want to go sightseeing, you must visit Big Ben to see the third biggest clock in the world! Of course, you should go on the Millennium Wheel to see London from above and to have fun too. Last but not least, you have to visit the British Museum where you can discover 2 million years of human history and culture. Last, you must definitely visit Shakespeare's Globe Theatre which still remains one of the most unique, amazing and breathtaking theatrical spaces in London!

I hope my advice and information I gave you will help you discover London!!

Firstly, something really important for you to know is the color of the cabs. They aren't yellow as you usually see them in Greece, but black. The weather is also a bit different. It can be cloudy, rainy and sunny in the same day! Now, if you get hungry you could try the famous fish and chips that the people in London usually eat. It's delicious!

Let me talk to you about the best part: the sightseeing. There are many places you can go where you will learn lots of things but have fun too. One of them is the Millennium wheel. It is also known as the London eye and it has 32 glass capsules. You go 135 meters high and see London from above. The second one, which you probably already know is the Big Ben, the clock tower. It is right opposite the Millennium Wheel and next to the Palace of Westminster. Also, there is the changing of the Guards which takes place in the Grounds of Buckingham Palace at 11am for about 40 minutes. The only problem is that you have to be there really early because there are usually lots of people there.

Finally, there is a place I definitely recommend you go. The Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. It was opened in 1997 to honor Shakespeare and it is on the south Bank of the River Thames. There is also an original Theater which was build in 1599 and it is very near to the other. The today's Theater usually doesn't have any productions playing in the winter, so you will be lucky if you go in the summer because you will have the opportunity to watch a play! I can say I wasn't that lucky. I went in winter, but I will definitely go again in summer to enjoy it more.

I'm writing this email to you in connection to my last trip in England, and I want to give you some information about London!

Firstly, did you know that the biggest airport in England is Heathrow and it's close to London? Secondly, if you want to take a cab from London, be careful, because in England cabs are black and not yellow like Greece! In addition, the weather in London is a bit strange because some times it is sunny, rainy, cloudy, warm and cool; this is very weird!

Furthermore, English people usually eat fish and chips and roast chicken with gravy sauce. If you want to go sightseeing, you must visit the Millennium Wheel or London Eye as it's also known. The wheel was opened in March 2000 to mark the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the new Millennium.

Opposite the Millennium wheel you can find Big Ben the famous clock tower in London. Additionally, one of the best things about London is its parks. In Regent's park you have the largest grass area for sports in Central London and an Open Air theatre. You can relax, walk and run in the the parks, but you can't cycle because only the police can do that! On the other side of the Millennium Bridge is St. Paul's cathedral, which is a tourist attraction and you can walk the 530 steps up to the Gallery and see London. Another feature of London is the changing of the Guards which takes place inside the grounds of Buckingham Palace every day at 11am.

Terry: Are going for the first time there?

Sonya: Yes, it's the first time that I will be there! I want to go there to help stray dogs which are badly treated and of course they need good homes.

Terry: To be honest, I don't want to adopt a dog that's because I dont have the time to take care of it.

Sonya:You dont't need to adopt, just volunteer and if you there you can meet new people and most importantly you help the community.

Terry:That's a good idea because in this way I can help dogs without having to adopt them.

Sonya: So, what's your decision, will you join me?

I want to tell you the most important thing that all the astronauts have to do. For astronauts to exercise is very important and useful in order to be healthy. In the ISS there are three types of exercise machines for astronauts. Firstly, COLBERT is like treadmill. This machine has a weighted harness that astronauts wear so that they don't float off! Furthermore, there's CEVIS which is like a stationary bike without a seat. Astronauts wear a seat belt, secure their shoes to the pedals and pedal upright. Finally, ARED is a weightlifting device. This device has a bar and when the astronauts hold it, the bar makes resistance so that astronauts pull against it.

When I was in the ISS I used to exercise six days a week around two and a half hours. I want to go again on the ISS because I like to use these three interesting devices for exercising and I'm very happy and thankful that I had the chance to go on the ISS and of course to try the exercise machines.
