In Italy we have programmes very similar to this one in which students compete in simul-enterprise activities. In this way, students are able to put into practice everything they have learned, work in groups and promote the skills learned.

I have found a very interesting initiative called "RoboGirls: empowering girls in STEAM through robotics and coding" organized by Erasmus+KA2. Teachers can be educated to encourage equally girls and boys to be interested in Science, Physics, Technology, Mechanics, Arts and Maths (STEAM)

As mentioned before, in Greece we do not have developed yet ths school-company relation , as presented here, but through the workshops in Skills Labs subject, it becomes clear that there is not gender distinction regarding jobs and future perpectives. At least, as educators, we try to transfer this idea to young pupils so that the future generations will have no limitations in their jobs.

I have found examples of companies that award scholarships to students with disabilities, a free coding class for girls aged between 10 and 15 sponsored by two tech companies, and a mentoring program for Roma children – though it is done by university students, not companies. But nothing is implemented in a more organized and systematic manner on the national level.

In Croatia, there is a national credit program for women's entrepreneurship. The goal of the Program is to encourage the establishment and development of small and medium-sized economic entities majority-owned by women, in accordance with the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia.

L'Oréal ADRIA and the Croatian Commission for UNESCO at the Ministry of Culture and Media have announced a competition for the National Scholarship Program "For Women in Science". Scholarships are awarded to young female scientists in the field of natural sciences, including interdisciplinary fields.

Scholarships represent a kind of reward for their achievements and contributions to the creation of a knowledge society, and at the same time serve to further motivate them in their further scientific career.

I did not find information that there are activities of this type at the level of primary and secondary schools.

I know that there are projects for target groups aimed at this problem.

In Turkey, there are some big company programmes which target on particular groups but they include small groups of people.

It's not as clear as described but there are some actions aiming to target groups that can be achieved with cooperation between school and companies. I think that even the apprenticeship year could also count in this type, as target group is the graduates of each VET specialty.

I'm not personally involved in this kind of collaboration but I know starting from the Upper secondary school there are a lot of collaborations (school-company) for a particular target: environment concerns whereas industry or iinformation topics. Also education is involved.

I haven't read or heard about special programmes for female high school students. i believe, that there are different interesting programmes for secondary and high school students in Poland, because Poland is motivating more and more young people to own business, either small or middle.Young people who get international education, like the school where I work, are usually oriented to move abroad.
I have already mentioned, that simulation games as stock market or CEO,a shareholders of big companies have been implemented into school curriculum as an option.
Business and economics conferences and congrasses for the young are also very common in Poland. The government has implemented many projects to increase young people's vision of businesses and economics. Anyway, in my school we haven't had any partnerships, so it's hard to evaluate it from inside the process.

I tried to find something similar here but didn't find it. We have numerous competitions for woman who already are scientists and engineers, but nothing for girls in secondary school. mostly it relies on teachers and their work, how will they present it to the students.

As a SEN teacher in Romania, I can say we put much effort into integrating SEN students in the working field. I can see progress in my city considering this matter - for example, there are supermarkets, even sports stores that are very open to hiring people with disabilities. I think mentalities are starting to change!

In my country there are some programs that encourage girls, but not many. I think it's all about the companies that hire only men. There should be no gender discrimination, they should be chosen/chosen based on skills.

The groups are usually heterogeneous (boys/girls). The groups also include people with special requirements or minority population.

In our VET school our classroom are filled only with boys for the Mechanics and only with girls for sweing clothes. I think there is one boy in the classroom for learning sweing...
