We encourage him to take more initiative and take more risks. As well, we believe that he need to make more decisions and be less indecisive. In class, he is fussy and uncooperative. Some traits we admire is his honesty and respect for elders. He is an excellent writer but lacks in his public speaking skills. Overall, he is smart and capable, however, he lacks personal skills.

He is a great conciliator in disputes, this skill was especially shown on his management of the conscription crisis. I would encourage him to take more initiative and be more assertive in his opinions.

As well, his level of education is impressive considering his acceptance to University of Toronto as well as University of Chicago, and Harvard. We are proud of his efforts that he put in during his time as an advisor for industrial relations for the Rockefeller Family - it was quite an achievement. One area for improvement would be to be able to make more decisions, and be more sure about himself instead of questioning all the options. Good effort Will!
