         <description><![CDATA[<div>It's easy but really great - whenever I want kids to work on a multi-step assignment, or an assignment that requires reading/writing a few different things, I make a "master document" first that lists the steps, with each step hyperlinked to the document for that step. &nbsp;<br><br>It's not very "high-tech," but I use it a lot, especially for sub plans.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Instead of giving instructions out loud, during which students may be distracted or distract one another, I have begun screencasting the instructions for an activity - I include both the instructions and a short clip of myself doing the activity on the screen. This not only models the activity and thus preempts a lot of questions and confusion, it also makes the class directive very clear - if you aren't watching the video, you're off task, PERIOD!</div>]]></description>
