Eat This Not That

In this meal, there was beef, noodles, crab, and green onions. The noodles in this meal provided me CHO for energy and B vitamins that helped with my metabolism. The beef was able to provide proteins. The crab in this dish is low in fat and contains omega-3 polyunsaturated acids. Since it's low in fat, it's good to eat it as it can help with diet, and provide protection from heart disease. Even though this was in a big dish, I shared with my friends so I didn't consume too much to the point where my stomach would expand. The only thing that's bad about this meal is that there's not a lot of greens!

This was my lunch. In this plate, there's chow mein, orange chicken, fried rice, and honey walnut shrimp. The orange chicken provides lots of proteins for me and the honey walnut shrimp also provides proteins and nutrients which are sources of selenium and vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is good for keeping my nerves and red blood cells healthy. The chow mein provides CHO for energy and B vitamins which helps with my metabolism. The fried rice is also good for providing proteins as it contains eggs and vegetables, and meat. The bad thing about this meal is that it provides too much carbohydrates which is bad for me!

For this meal, the healthy fats were the avocados that the cooker put in the sushi. Eating avocado is good because it provides monounsaturated fats that can help nourish my skin, hair, and nails. Since it's high in potassium, it can also lower blood pressure.

For plant protein, I decided to choose this homemade meal. I ate rice and stir fried pork with broccoli. The broccoli provides vitamin A and C which can help with immunity. The pork used with the broccoli is to provide even more protein for my meal.

For my homemade meals, I use Canola oil, which is low in saturated fat and high in unsaturated fats. Canola oil can be good for helping with lowering bad cholesterol, so that there would be a lower chance of getting heart attacks and strokes. In the oil label, it states that there's 0g of trans fat, which is good because it can raise the LDL.

This isn't food, but this is a drink that a person shouldn't drink too much. Over the week, I consumed one, and I remembered that by drinking too much soda, it can be bad because it is high in sugar, sodium, and caffeine. By drinking lots of soda, it can lead to diabetes, and even cause you to have a heart disease.
