 It has a lot of new modern buildings and new construction. There are a lot residents building and also commercial buildings.  It´s easy access to the lake and landfill, so you can do exercise on the lake and walking around. There´s a good range of restaurants, bars and pharmacy. It´s close to excellent bakeries, supermarkets and shopping mall. It´s welcoming for  families, oldery and also couples, there are a lot of residents buildings.
The bad point is the noisy from new buildings, for nowadays  is super bad because a lot of people is working with home offices. Another bad point is the traffic, the  rush hour you can stay stressed. House prices are high because now is the new center in Londrina, so everybody wants to live here. Although, is a good neighborhhod to live, you have a lot of things near from you.

As a person who lives here for almost five years, I think it's very boring because, there's a kind of limited things to do in this neighborhood, has a excelent bakery close to my house, a petshop, a beauty salon. 
The neighbors are families, most of all old people, and a lot of pets. 
Close to this neighborhood has a good green place to take a walk with friends and pets. 
But at night it become a not very friendly neighbordhood, because its close to the prison, so its become a little dangerous . The localization is pretty good, you can do a lot of things by walking, like go to the supermarket, to the church, to a bakery, and have a variety of this things, so you can choose which is the batter option. Another thing is the facility to access the public transportation, as it has a bus terminal near. For being a family community, there are two great parks for the kids.
In Conjunto das Flores are a sense of community very beautiful, the peoples works to maintain the things working, like the parks, the illumination of them, the streets,. Besides that the peoples also help yours neighbors when it is necessary. 
The houses prices are expensive in  some parts, and reasonable in another's for this type of family area, Conjunto das Flores is a perfect place to live calmly and happily, with a lot of facilities.

I live on Deputado Fernando Ferrari street, Its a safe place and as a typical family neighborhood it has a lot of houses. Right in front my house theres a kind of club called Sesi where you can swuim or play sports too. Sesi is also like a bilingue high school, and I Think thats pretty cool. The street where I live is very rush, and theres a lot of cars and beacause the bus stop we have bus passing by too, so if you have small children you need to take care on this area.This is a Family neighborhood, theres a lot of famlies living here and also grandmothers and grandfathers as well. If you want to live in a place full of young people maybe this is not the right place. In fact, There is single and Young people too but mostly families. The prices here are reasonable and nowadays there is some new buldings comig up. They are cool and have a good sunset view. Most residents are families with young children, that enjoy the peaceful place we have here and the liberty to do things like to let kids play on the street.
As for the cultural activities, we are kind of limited, but we have a huge construction happening in the center of our neighborhood that promisse to bring more option of enterteiment.
