By default, when you create a Google document, spreadsheet or slide, the sharing setting is set to Private. This means that only the administrator can open and access this document. So when other people try to access the link, they will see nothing regardless of whether it is uploaded in or outside Padlet.

You don't have to make documents Public if you don't want to. Choose a visibility that works best for you. So as long as the email addresses are recognized, Padlet can display the document correctly for authorized entities.
