Learn about facilities in the resort (Swimming pool, natural stream, garden hall, cooking, breakfast, Bbq or Buffet packages, buffet or other food order, details on receipt slip, standard rental for cafe, backyard cafe and meeting room, wedding rental area) 
Swimming pool (Sentosa Villa guests are entitle for free entrance to the Malaysia First Coronation Pool with 100% natural water without chlorine, 
Guest can register themselves at Sentosa Villa Cafe counter to get the key accesing to the swimming pool, 
 Swimming pool visiting time at 8am to 6pm
Tell customer about natural stream (Room guest can play and swim in the natural stream and pond, but customer need to leave the stream during cloudy/rainy/thunder)
Access to swimming pool and natural pool, I have to inform guest that it is at their own risk.
 However all staff should be responsible to ask guest to leave the pool when it is going to rain/cloudy.
