The American Indian is said to

have entered the Americas through

a land bridge known as the Bering

Land Bridge. It extended from Asia

to Alaska. Siberian hunters crossed this

bridge from Asia to track there prey.

Melting Ice submerged the bridge leaving

the hunters trapped in North America.

They spread throughout North America to

far South America and in to the provinces

of Canada. Some even braved the Arctic Circle

and are known as Eskimos. The American Indians

started to grow crops to harvest, and they became

very knowledgeable to agriculture. They also

hunted to survive and caused many animals to

become extinct or endangered. The Indian are

soon met by European and spanish explores

looking for new land. At first they treat this as a

great trade opportunity, but the settlers come

back to colonize and buy the land which the

Natives do not agree with. This disagreement

starts a very brutal war between the Indians

and colonizing settlers.
