Each windmill has a rotor diameter of 41 meters (135 feet) and a height of around 70 meters (230 feet). As part of the Philippines' effort to encourage renewable energy and lessen reliance on fossil fuels, they were constructed. The windmills, which harness the powerful coastal winds to produce electricity, are positioned around Bangui Bay's coastline.
