What is the criteria/qualifications to be an instructional coach (sometimes the newbie, the tenured, the master's degree)?

Do they all follow a similar cadence to collect data to ensure forward movement?

Do they have their own clinics to ensure best practices?

Do they have a system in place to ensure consistency, data collection, a safe environment to learn and to teach out in the district?

What is/are your methods of evaluation?

Action: Meta Coaching to bring all of these questions full circle so that the coaches have a system to go out and implement/invest into their teachers.

Value: districts have a clear path to their end goal, a consistent way to get there, evaluate strength and weaknesses, and great coaching to sustain those strengths and bring weaknesses to improvement.
