After some time, Zachary decided to start his own business in Real Estate. Zachary Thorstenson spent two years at Realty ONE Group in Kelso, Washington, and sought to make the buying and selling process as easy as possible for clients. Among other activities, he helped clients obtain loans and set them up with an automated program to highlight appropriate properties as soon as they hit the market. Zachary Thorstenson sold 25 properties during his first year with the firm, setting a record for a first-year agent. In addition to his success as an agent, he serves on the board of Cowlitz Habitat for Humanity. When making a donation to the nonprofit during his first year as an agent and he was asked by the director to join the board of directors. He has since donated portions of his sales to the organization and hosted service days. Mr. Thorstenson is a member of the business networking group LeTip International. When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. Some of his favorite destinations include Las Vegas, Mexico, and the Bahamas.
