Not set in stone. It’s fluid. Needs to be revisited frequently. How do we pivot when things are going well in a direction we want to move towards

How can we continue to prepare for what's coming down the road for GUIDE students when we really don't know the immediate future. We only have the potential to grow (in terms of following students longer on their journey)

GUIDE webpage is 1 place our programming lives- hopefully, YouTube and Instagram and TikTok in the near future

More structure around process for hiring interns. We keep getting lucky but wanting to have more of a sustainable program - partner with college program faculty to keep a sustainable and constant connection to potential interns - YES!

I also wonder about how well I communicate GUIDE programming out to GEAR UP wide and other teams

Establish goals 6 months out/ 1 year out/ structure check-ins

How do we keep learning and growing without overwhelming students and families? Can we push material to them with easy check-ins and responses?

The beautiful thing about GUIDE is that we can be creative and respond to students' needs but having a cohesive mission statement or GUID'ing principle may help tie it all together

-I'm afraid we will struggle to find engagement/ the resources to engage with students well.

The lack of ongoing connection to parents/families

Spending a lot of time on funding paperwork at certain times of year and don't have time or capacity to do larger programming planning

The Passport is so great! How can we strategically make it better and serve more students proactively?
-YES the passport is huge

Where a missed opportunities to involve students in program planning and asking them what we can do to inform them and/or their parents! What would they like their parents to know about support and resources.

Data- we are getting better with a lot of help with Anna and Gareth but a more strategic plan perhaps

<-Other than the strong relationship building it facilitates, one of my favorite elements of signal vine is that the data it captures is captured without me having to do anything other than provide service. Automated data is an enormous value add here.

I was thinking that as well- maybe we could have put an email out at the end of each week to gather agenda items as a team and then have an agenda.

Yeah, bouncing between email, text, teams, etc. it sometimes not ideal. Having a running to-do list /student issues list/ FAQ's could be helpful for continuous workflow, especially if there are staffing /vacat adjustments. We are getting good at this with our team adn SV coverage I think. - Signal Vine Coverage is a good topic to talk about

CCV cohort. High need group. feel like has not been served as effectively as is possible.

totally agree! We just saw yesterday that we have 34 students with confirmed enrollment at CCV this past fall

Agreed. I feel like often times the CCV students need more attention.

From my perspective, I'm worried the limitations of the webpage (or just the navigability of the website) are just dragging us down, and I know it's not something we can easily fix.
-Unfortunately, VSAC has never had a very user friendly website. It's better than it was, but still. Regarding our GUIDE site, it would be great to have those icons at the top clickable.

I really enjoyed our exploration with Vermont Afterschool. I wonder what other partnerships we can form?

Just being mindful about their jobs/school and admin consolidation/cutting completely at UVM, etc. -

They are often doing a lot in the face of a really challenging dynamic.

When i think about what we do, seeing the P2S as a lynchpin of our programming - and a real and tangible way for us to improve the QOL of our studens- I am really grateful for the resource/tool!

-In a perfect world, I feel keeping up with technology is the best way to strengthen the use of the Passport (Like a GEAR UP/GUIDE App or improved webpage)

What is meant by "1/6 month planning?"

I think there are daily issues, like student book accounts/verification/funding issues that fit into a "day to day" workflow.

Then there are large seasonal /quarterly projects like Passport roll out/11th grade enrollment /12th grade enrollment

Then larger pie in the sky programming dreams like campus based mentors/praticum and Res life collabs that sometimes get back burnered by the day to day. I know I get in the weeds sometimes.

There is a GEAR UP wide programming calendar we could work together to update
