What do I need to do right now to serve our goals?<br><br>Shared reflecting on what we have done and idea generating- we see things together that may not be seen by us as individuals<br><br>What are people's summer schedules? Planning for capacity to meet students 1:1 check ins<br>- reviewing this would be great.<br><br>Are there projects you are passionate about that you want to work on that you aren't yet working on? Or want to dive more in-depth?&nbsp; New Americans and refugees- Michelle&nbsp;<br><br>Creating a weekly/daily to do list of tasks that you want to complete during that time period.</div>]]></description>

How do we pivot when things are going well in a direction we want to move towards<br>We could create a mini GUIDE Org Chart - I like the idea of a mini org chart&nbsp;<br><br>How can we continue to prepare for what's coming down the road for GUIDE students when we really don't know the immediate future. We only have the potential to grow (in terms of following students longer on their journey)<br><br><br>GUIDE webpage is 1 place our programming lives- hopefully, YouTube and Instagram and TikTok in the near future<br><br>More structure around process for hiring interns. We keep getting lucky but wanting to have more of a sustainable program - partner with college program faculty to keep a sustainable and constant connection to potential interns - YES!<br><br>I also wonder about how well I communicate GUIDE programming out to GEAR UP wide and other teams<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Early College messagin?<br><br>Who can we bolster our relationships with as a program? -TRIO?&nbsp; First Year Experience offices, Orientation, Admissions, HS Alumni offices (if they exist) we could continue to invite partners into our GUIDE meetings.&nbsp; I'm glad Chris is coming to talk about being pulled for verification. &nbsp;<br><br>Is there a way to send surveys out to those we serve -- just as a way to get feedback<br><br>When is a good time tor review our summer and fall check-lists and make improvements?- include food security information as well as a social emotion well-being<br><br>I have not checked in with TRIO offices other than Johnson in a long time....I have been asked a couple of times about the new director at VTC's TRIO...and I have no idea. Feeling like I am dropping the ball there right now<br><br>Financial literacy programming- personal finance related to after high school- how do we do that well?</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-I'm afraid we will struggle to find engagement/ the resources to engage with students well.<br><br>The lack of ongoing connection to parents/families<br><br>Spending a lot of time on funding paperwork at certain times of year and don't have time or capacity to do larger programming planning<br><br>What programming are we offering to engage the "un-engaged"<br><br>The Passport is so great! How can we strategically make it better and serve more students proactively?<br>-YES the passport is huge<br><br>Where a missed opportunities to involve students in program planning and asking them what we can do to inform them and/or their parents! What would they like their parents to know about support and resources.<br><br>Data- we are getting better with a lot of help with Anna and Gareth but a more strategic plan perhaps<br><br></div>]]></description>
