Why did he die?

The scientists said that he was killed because of his riches so everyone was hunting him especially for his copper axe. We think that he was sick by food poisoning and soon died. When he died he was high up on the mountain so there was less oxygen.so there was a very slim chance to servive

Otzï wa seeing hunted up the mountain and for a day he ate raw meat and slept in a ice burrow. The next day he left and got shot by an arrowhead in the back and fell into a stream and slowly froze over time and preserved the body.
