Short Story About Maintaining Good Health

Once upon a time, there was a young man named Alex who realized he needed to make some changes to his lifestyle. He was often feeling tired, had gained some weight, and wasn't sleeping well. He decided to consult a doctor who explained the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
