         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to take time to look back my week on Friday night. Because of I am being far away from my country, family, and language, I feel like to get a stress easier than when I was in Japan. To be mindfulness, looking back my week and think about myself would be important time for me. I will take some action for example write my feelings on diary, call my family to share my feelings and so on. I believe by doing this helps me figuring out my mind at that time. I will continue this by the end of the fall semester.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

I have enough time to use for studying by my course schedule. When I don’t feel good or having other plans, I will try to do at least one and a half hours. I will start this goal immediately and try to keep this for whole year.</div>]]></description>

         <title>How do stress and perception of stress affect your well-being?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stress affects to my mental wellness hardly. When I feel stress, I always get mentally tired and want to talk with my closest people who I can rely on like my family, grandmother, and my boyfriend. After I talk with them, I usually get better even if the problem wasn't solved yet. In the case of perception of stress, it affects same way with stress. I sometimes can anticipate my stress because some of them are happening in similar situation. However, I always follow the same way with those stress and problems.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think expectations and costs of raising a child affect positively to my future decisions. I personally appreciate my parents a lot, so I want to give my child as much as they gave me. These goals inspire me strongly to get a good job. I want to let my children experience the world a lot, and I don't want them to abandon because of financial problems.&nbsp;In the case of house-holds, I don't have issues or concerns for doing it. As my parents share house-holds equally, I have to find someone who can share the house-holds equally and don't behave like he is helping me. My future decisions about my job or some specific things affects my well-being negatively, because I am feeling stress to think about them, but these things that I stated in this padlet affect me positively. As I mentioned, they inspire me a lot, and let me have high motivations about the future. I am not sure what I will do after I accomplish these project, but I think the importance is think about my daily well-being often and care others and myself.</div>]]></description>
