I believe an ethical leader is somewhat similar to being like a teacher. An ethical leader has to have compassion for others and a sense of morality. Leading people with values and responsibility. When you know good from wrong and choose to do right, then you have ethics. You will know if you are an ethical person because someone will look up to you and see the good in you. That's why I think it's like being a teacher, not everyone has ethics, and small children can still be taught. We are their role models.

I believe in patience. My life has no room for nothing else. Even in the eye of the storm it will all quiet down eventually. So I give things patience. Especially people. But I don't like to waste precious time, there is a difference between wasting my time and me allowing you my patience.
