         <description><![CDATA[<div>Walking - more easily attained during walking if the spine, hips and knees are aligned- try to avoid slouching forward or locking the knees.<br><br>This prevents the lower-back and knee joints being over-stressed<br><br>Using the whole foot also helps distribute the load more effectively and limits undue stress on the feet and prevent spinal complications. </div>]]></description>
