The "Runner"

Crowds roaring, people cheering as almost 150 runners just past the starting line in a marathon. After the marathon was finished, police dispersed, finish line dismantled and crowds vanished two girls went out for a drink and later on that evening they saw a runner of that marathon still runner the roads of the race and she was physically challenged and in her mid 60's. When I say physically challenged I mean that she hopped foward on one foot then dragged the other behind her. Maggie, the girl in the bar, dropped some bills on the table and ran into the street cheering and screaming. Later on there was about 18 different strangers running, jogging and screaming with this lady and she never gave up.
