         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.From my point of view,brain is very important part of our bodies , brain ensures that we can think and study correctly.We need to protect our brains,reflect our sleep time and take good food,and make sure brain can work successfully.<br><br>2.&nbsp; Acceptance and analysis of information is main work&nbsp; of the brain,memory is like a database. Acquisition method:learning new things while taking notes and often review the contents of notes.Associative memory method and so on,continuous working during the day should not be too long, preferably every half an hour,the best get up window for gas, listen to light music, walk around the house.Going out on a weekend outing or picnic is a good way to relax our brain.<br><br>3. Understanding how the brain works can help us rationalize our time and improve decision making, Improve performance of our brain.The most creative time of day in the brain about 9 am to 11 am,and to 3 pm to 6 pm,the mood is relatively calm,easier to deal with cooperation or interpersonal matters.If we feel tried,we can eat a little snacks,stimulate the brain to re-active.</div>]]></description>
