Put in fridge 10 minutes.<br><br>3. Brake speculos with melted butter. Put the mixed on cake pan ( regular thickness ).<br><br>4. Cut banana and distribute on speculos preparation. Banana slide it's better.<br><br>5. Cover with "tofee" ( concentrated milk) .<br><br>6. Whip up the whipped cream and put on toffe.<br><br> 7. 1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><strong><em>INGREDIENTS</em></strong><strong> </strong><br>- 250g of flour<br>- 4 ripe bananas <br>- 100g caster sugar <br>- 2 plain yogurts<br>- 1 sachet of baking power <br><br><strong><em>STEP 1</em></strong><br>Pour the flour,  powdered sugar and backing powder in a bowl. <br>Mix well. Book.<br><br><strong><em>STEP 2</em></strong> <br>Remove of skin from the bananas. Cut them into rings. Mash half the bananas with a fork . Add the baana purree to the bowl and the plain yogurts. Mix well to obtain a homogenous paste.<br><br><strong><em>STEP 3 <br></em></strong>Pour half of the dough into a lightly oiled cake pan. Place the other half of the banana rings on the preparation. Bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes (oven preheated to 200°C). Check the doneness using a knife blade: it should come out clean and dry.
