<title>Elementary infractions are primarily physical aggression. Secondary infractions are primarily defiance/insubordination and disruption. Our reporting is very student and adult dependent. Student reporting at the secondary creates great discrepancies as students are fearful to report their peers. This reflects inaccuracies in what is actually happening in our buildings and impacting student emotional safety. </title>
