Previously with CHEP as director of strategic accounts, Mr. Pfieffer oversaw a team of sales managers responsible for delivering equipment pooling and supply chain solutions to major food companies. He led efforts to boost profitability that centered on value-added services such as product conversations, transportation efficiency, logistical teaming, and on-site management.

Mr. Pfieffer’s experience extends to a role with Rehrig Pacific Company as director of national accounts. Responsible for new business development, he spearheaded expansion into verticals such as heavy duty/industrial and automotive. He also guided prospecting and lead generation, and facilitated client meetings that resulted in new B2B accounts, Overseeing the generation of $145 million in annual income, he served as the company’s representative with the Reusable Packaging Association board.
