The subject Personal Developmet was helpful to me in understanding one's self and developing one's self to becoming abetter version me. It helped me see and understand myself more, in developing myself physically and mentally. As a result, understanding and learning more about the lessons at the same time discovering myself included. It helped me see where I need to grow and change myself for my personal development.

2.) What are your key takeaways from the subject?

The key takeaway from this subject in Personal Development, is the lessons that I learned the entire 1st Semester, because it has taught me alot along the way it teaches self awareness is the foundation for growth, strengthening ourselves and also the values, but knowing our weaknesses. also another key takeaway is the growth mindset seeing thing in different perspectives. And the continous learning along the way having goals and ownership of mylife finding my purpose in life.

My 2 favorite topics that were my favorite is The powers of the mind, and Family structure and legacies. The 2 topics because it shkws the foundation of change showing personal growth body but also through the mind changing a positive mindset and mentality. Family structure and legacies because it shows the context of my identity and where I got my values, and where I started in my life journey, and also how important family is.
