If you look at a photograph you can see whiskers, a long tail, and a body like a cat. We call these animals big cats. mooreta https://padlet.com/mooreta/muytuwuvurdb/wish/194359709      Cougars are similiar to lions because they both can camoflauge to help them hunt.  They both hunt for food that is meat. They both have live babies that we call cubs.  
     Cougars are different from lions because they live in mountains not on the plains.  Cougars hunt alone and lions hunt in packs.  Cougars climb up high and then jump down on their food.  Lions do not climb they run fast and pounce on their prey.

THEY ARE DIFFRENT BECAUSE lions hunt food lliikkee they  run and they catch them but cougars jump to there prey and eat there prey or hide them for another time.
