To incorporate multicultural perspectives I will, have food festivals representing different cultures, diverse holiday parties. Allow students to share their family backgrounds, bring in photos of their native lands and cultures. Involve them in activities that provide different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.

Implementing these methods, we can create a learning environment that is successful and promote the student's well-being. (Guido, 2021).

Encourage students to share and discuss sensitive topics about their race, gender, and social justice with empathy and understanding. Teaching them to respect, understand and appreciate the experiences of others and their culture. Celebrate their cultures using diverse learning materials and addressing instances of bias prejudice. (Tavangar, 2017).

Physical Classroom Setup.

Arrange desks so that it promotes collaboration and discussion, give them options like, using bean bags, floor

cushions, or adjustable desk so that every individual learning style is met. Make sure all students are visible to the teacher and making sure there is adequate space for moving around.

Inclusive Language Practices

If you you're not sure about a person's identity, or what their background is, ask and never assume, it could be hurtful, focusing on the person not their characteristics. Be careful that people may share the same experiences can have different worldviews, utilize resources and tools that offer inclusive language use.

Establishment of Community Norms

Establishing the rules for the classroom or the community, this shapes the way individuals relate to one another, if they know what to expect from each other, it makes things run smoothly toward shared goals. It shapes the whole community/classroom fostering respect, understanding and everyone feels like they belong. (Johnson, 2016).

Engaging families and the community is a very important part of the students education, when they see their families involved it gives them to be more involved in their learning process. We should first find out a little about the families, what their needs are, where they are from, and to do that we can solicit information, so we will can better accommodate them. Have multicultural events, where families can share their traditions, stories and music, invite guest speakers from the community so they can share their cultural knowledge with students and families.

Community-based learning projects

Students can learn a lot by doing hands on learning, they gain practical skills that will take them throughout their lives, we can help them by having them volunteer at soup kitchens, homeless shelters. Furthermore, students can work with community members with projects like community gardens, or organizing events around the city, this will help students develop social responsibility and an understanding of diverse perspectives.

Cultural Events

Allowing students and families to learn about the people in their community, having cultural events can be the best way to involve everyone, having them come out to a community fair, have local artist come out and showcase their talent and their work. Celebrating the various cultures by honoring it's history and traditions, having workshops that allow families to do crafts, cook, and do other cultural practices.

Parent Workshops

Workshops in a cultural community, helps to identify the challenges some families may face, through surveys, meetings and to customize the content according to everyone's needs. The community through these workshops can provide parents with resources that will help with language barriers and their cultural differences.
