Air pollution is a topic or problem that is often discussed among us and it can be harmful to our health. Air pollution refers to the contamination of the air, irrespective of indoors or outside. The main cause of air pollution is the burning of fossil fuels. The largest source air of pollution in cities is from vehicles exhaust likes cars, buses and motorcycles. Vehicles release chemicals in the form of exhaust fumes. It is very harmful to the environment and causing acid rain. Based on the new report I found in the Internet, plant growth might be stunted worldwide by the end of this century due to air pollution. Pollutant such as mounting ozone concentrations will damage the plant growth. In order to reduce air pollution, people are always encouraged to use public transport so that all of us can avoid from the effects of air pollution such as respiratory and heart problems, global warming and acid rain.
